Returns & Replacements
At RozDana, we prepare and pack our products with utmost care. Since our products are edible food items, returns are strictly limited to ensure hygiene and food safety standards.
You may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, leaked, or tampered.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product expired at the time of delivery.

Important Conditions
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- Invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
Once opened or consumed, products are not eligible for return or replacement due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Replacement Process
After reviewing your request and verifying the issue, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
RozDana reserves the right to deny replacement requests if evidence is insufficient or the product shows signs of use.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled as we prepare and pack products in small batches.
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind.
- Taste preference.
- Minor packaging variations.
- Delay caused by courier partners.
Delivery Concerns
If you notice visible damage at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
