Order Processing Time

All RozDana products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and quality. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

Once your order is processed and packed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within the next 1–2 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 5–9 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday (9 AM – 7 PM). Sundays and public holidays are non-delivery days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or regional restrictions.

Address & Contact Information

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete postal address with accurate PIN code, email ID, and an active mobile number at checkout.

RozDana will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package.
