Eligibility For Return
At RozDana, we follow strict food safety and hygiene standards. As our products are edible food items, returns are accepted only under limited and verified circumstances.
You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery only if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was expired at the time of delivery.
- The package was received in visibly tampered condition.
Mandatory Video Proof Requirement
- A clear unboxing video starting before opening the outer package is compulsory.
- The video must clearly show the shipping label, sealed condition, and product issue.
- Without complete and clear proof, return requests will not be approved.
Seal & Packaging Condition
- If the jar seal is opened, broken, or tampered after delivery, the product is not eligible for return.
- If the issue is related to contents inside the jar, approval will only be given if proper unboxing video proof confirms the issue.
- Products showing signs of consumption or usage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind.
- Taste preference or personal dislike.
- Opened or consumed products.
- Minor dents or outer packaging marks not affecting product quality.
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Return Approval Process
All return requests are subject to internal quality verification. RozDana reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on provided evidence.
